Located on the stunning East coast of Norfolk, Mundesley is a pretty Victorian seaside town. Bursting with charm and tradition, as well as boasting beautiful wide sandy beaches, beach huts and scenic walks such as the popular Circular walk. You will also have a fantastic variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and cafes. Nestled in the Norfolk Coastal Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads. The perfect place for a family holiday, with nearby cliffs offering stunning views and terrific opportunities for breath-taking walks. The popular locations of Holt, Cromer, Overstrand and Sheringham are only a short drive away and if it’s some retail therapy you’re looking for, Norwich is within easy reach.

When you enter this refurbished, bright and spacious coastal property, you will enter the hallway, leading through to the large open-plan lounge/diner. Within the lounge area there are two comfy sofa's, as well as a Smart TV, Xbox 360 and Sky Q. The dining area has a large table and chairs with plenty of seating for everyone. Located off from the lounge/diner is the well-equipped stylish and contemporary kitchen featuring an electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. You can access the rear garden via the back door in the kitchen. Heading back to the front of the house are the stairs leading to the first floor of the property. Here you will find a double bedroom with sea views, as well as a twin bedroom featuring a Smart TV. Also on this floor is the very spacious bathroom with a rain-shower over bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the second floor you will find the large master bedroom with king-size bed which also boasts sea views, providing the perfect view to wake up to.

The rear of the property can be accessed via a side gate on the property or through the kitchen, here you will find a good-sized enclosed garden and patio area with a charcoal BBQ. There is a table and seating for up to six guests which provides the perfect environment to relax and unwind in after a busy day out exploring the beautiful coastline Mundesley has to offer. There is roadside parking, subject to availability and parking is also available in the church car park opposite the property (donation to church optional).

We have just spent a lovely week staying here. The house is gorgeous with everything you need. There were four of us but plenty room for six. The location is perfect. We easily parked on the road round the corner. Very tasty fish & chips from the village chippy. The Ship Inn does great food too. A shop just down the road, which was useful. Lovely spacious accommodation with all amenities needed for our stay. Great location for beach and village. Attentive owners on hand if there any issues. We stayed a week but wished it was longer....definitely would return. Perfect for children and adults alike.

The cottage was spacious, well appointed and nicely decorated. It felt very relaxing and welcoming as soon as we walked in. The location was good with easy walking access to the beach and town centre. We will certainly consider using it again.

Really well appointed property and extremely well equipped with quality kitchen equipment. Within easy walking distance to amenities and bus stop so you don't need to keep getting in the car all the time and ease of going to get a take away in the evening. Had lovely long walks on the beach, also watched the surfers and hang gliders. Brilliant fun

We had a brilliant stay at High Tide House. The location next to a beautiful beach and with shops and amenities nearby was excellent. An issue with the hot water was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Thank you for a great stay.
