This cottage is situated in a great position, quiet but close to amenities including a pub in walking distance. Owner was very helpful and the welcome pack was great if unexpected. We would gladly book again.

Very clean, warm loads of hot water and good location not stayed on that side of the village but very quiet. The whisky was a nice touch, which my parents enjoyed. The owner is really welcoming, who we met on arrival. Cley is perfect for birders and walkers alike as reserves not too far away. Will book again

Quiet, well-designed barn conversion in good village in north east Norfolk. Landlord on hand if needed but good privacy. Excellent spot for exploring various aspects - sea and marshes, gardens and stately homes. Good deli in village plus two pubs coffee shop and galleries. What's not to like?!

The cottage wasis also well equipped and beautiful, with its timber framing and carvings. It is a short walk into Cley, with its delicatessen and smokery. The Three Swallows, across the green, is very handy with good food and drink. The Wiveton Bell is around 15 minutes walk away but not be recommended in the dark. We found the en suite wet rooms aRead more little inconvenient. Parking for two cars is advertised but this is end to end and anything larger than medium sized hatchbacks would struggle. Hide

Good location and base for exploring North Norfolk. Clean and cosy cottage with everything you need for a break away from home. Would recommend the Three Swallows pub for food and a good choice of drinks, Picnic Fayre for fresh made goods. Holt is nearby should you need more shops. Holt Sunday market is well worth a visit.
