A lovely cottage, very roomy, great position for Old Hunstanton beach. Parking is quite tight and a bit awkward but to be expected with an old cottage! Road noise on one side as quite a busy road but didn't bother us too much!

A really well placed cottage for the North Norfolk coast and for exploring North West Norfolk. A spacious, comfortable and well equipped cottage. Three easily walkable eateries. Ideal for the beach. We have no hesitation in recommending Blacksmiths Cottage. The welcome pack is a lovely touch.

Had an absolutely lovely time there, so lovely my partner even proposed to me there. So it will forever be our special place. Excellent location close to shops, lovely restaurants and the beach. Lovely decor a truly lovely place. The only slight downside is the size of the garden and being overlooked by the neighbours but you cant have everything

I cannot recommend this property enough. The best holiday home that I have rented. I was let down two weeks before my holiday due to an issue with the property. I then found Blacksmiths cottage and what a find. It is a gem of a property. Large rooms throughout and really tasteful decor. The whole family loved it!!
