Hunstanton is a traditional yet fun seaside resort with an entertainment centre and a long beach and promenade to walk along. With a mix of pubs, cafes and restaurants, you are spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat or even just for a quick drink. There are also a few seaside themed things to do such as visiting the Sea Life Sanctuary or taking a trip with Searles Sea Tours to see the seals, both perfect for a day out with the family. Venture to Old Hunstanton, only a mile away, for some interesting pubs and eateries, you can also visit the geographically weird and wonderful stripy cliffs nearby.

As you enter this property you arrive into the beautiful tiled hallway which to the right leads through to a spacious open-plan lounge/diner. The lounge consists of three large comfortable sofas where you can sit back and enjoy streaming your favourite shows on the 55" Smart TV. The dining area has a large table and enough seating for up to ten guests so you can spend some quality time with loved ones over dinner. There are French doors which open into the garden. The well-equipped kitchen leads off from the dining area and here you have use of an electric range-style oven and hob, dishwasher and American style fridge/freezer with filtered water and an ice machine. There is also a separate utility room that houses a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. From there you access a bright conservatory / games room with seating, table football, a selection of board games and a handy WC. There is further access to the garden from here. Heading upstairs to the first floor there are two master suites. The first bedroom is a king-size and has its own en-suite shower room and WC. The second bedroom is a large super king-size with its own dressing room and vanity unit. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a king-size bedroom, a triple bunk bedroom which has a double bed and a single above it and finally there is a single room. The two larger top floor bedrooms include their own washbasin. All of the front bedrooms boast sea views. Guests also have use of the first floor bathroom which has a double ended bath, a separate shower and WC.

The rear enclosed patio and garden areas are accessed via the dining area and via the conservatory and the owners have provided enough seating for ten guests should you all wish to soak up the sun, take in the sea breeze and enjoy some al fresco dining together. There is a side gate for entrance straight into the garden. Parking is free on street parking. The house is ideally placed for a quick and easy level walk to the High Street, promenade and town beach in one direction and the lighthouse and Old Hunstanton beach in the other direction.

An ideal place for a family including children. The house was clean, but not pristine, therefore more of a home from home. Everything that was needed in the kitchen was there and ready to be used. More crockery and cutlery than was required which was a huge bonus as I have been to many places where you are constantly washing up if you wanted 2 sRead morepoons at a mealtime. Closer to the town than I expected which was another bonus, no worries about parking in town, just leave the car where it is and walk. A fantastic week enjoyed by all. Hide

The property was well located, making both Hunstanton & old Hunstanton, easily reachable on foot. We had a fantastic family holiday with something to do for every age within the group. Our grandchildren loved it and so did we. We will definitely return x

It is a Lovely house in a great location. The owners were great and helped us very quickly when one of the kids locked us out of the house. We were a big family group aged from 86 down to 10 weeks old and it suited all of us and had everything we needed. A lovely half term break had by all.

A great place for a family. Beds were clean and comfortable and plenty of space. Loads of different utensils and modern appliances in the kitchen. Which with 3 young children was a god send. Need to take extra towels if staying for a week and wardrobe space a little limited but overall 5 out of 5. Would stay again.

Ideal holiday stay for different generations of a family with children competent to use stairs at night to access thr loo on a different floor. Comfy, well equipped, lots to do close by. I thought street parking during thr Bank Hol. might be a problem but it wasn't. We all loved it! 8 to 74 year olds and a dog.
