A homely comfortable cottage in a rural location but with easy access to Fakenham for groceries/ eating out. Wonderful place to view the starry sky. A lovely garden which is twice the size you first think. Pensthorpe, the Pumpkin House ( adventure golf and Maize maze) and Holkham all easy to reach from Great Snoring.

The owners need to invest in a King size bed with new mattress, put a smart TV in the lounge and change the stained carpets upstairs as they look awful, this will increase the star rating as its a great location only a few miles from the coast and country houses. The kitchen is well equipped and we made some nice meals, the enclosed garden was ideaRead morel for the dog, with these recommendations we would definitely stay here again. Shame there's not a pub in the village but this is just our preference Hide
