A beautiful cottage in a delightful situation, let down by poor information and lack of attention to detail in cleanliness and equipment.

It was our second time at the cottage- such a beautiful location . Wonderful walks along the marshes to Wells Blakeney and onto Cley. Great walks and pubs at the Burnhams, Holkham , Thornham,Binham Abbey ,Holt. Very comfortable cottage - wonderful to curl up in front of a roaring fire. A return in spring is on the cards!

The cottage is spacious and really well located for the coast. There is so much to see and do close by. It is a quiet location and backs on to the countryside. We have stayed here on quite a few occasions and choose to return which says it all really.

The cottage has much of the frayed-at-the-edges charm of a French gite. Homely and comfortable, it has a pleasant lived-in feel. The beds were a bit lumpy to our cosseted bodies - but not enough to hinder sleep. Also, the wi-fi was erratic outside a range of about ten feet. A major moan was the aggressive speed bump at the road end of the drive. WeRead more hit the underside of our car several times - a problem solved by driving over it passenger-free. Not ideal. Overall, though, a good holiday home. Hide

Cottage was well equipped, in an ideal location using it as a base for Wells. Visit the Stores for coffee/cake and it was also well stocked for everyday items. We visited Fakenham one wet day and it was a good visit, also had a Tesco/Morrisons/Aldi/Lidl if you wanted to stock up and petrol. Thoroughly recommend this cottage, it was a cosy bolthole

A well equipped, comfortable cottage in a quiet location with nice outdoor space. 10 min walk to the beautiful saltmarshes and the coastal path. The shop which sells coffee and cakes and the pub in the village are both good. The coast road bus stop is nearby and ran every 30 mins.
