Living

Stylish and modern open plan living,kitchen and dining area with stunning views of The River Dart from the large windows. Featuring two three seater sofas. There are patio doors leading to the private furnished terrace area. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV, DVD player and a music stereo with CD/Radio. Wi-Fi is also available for guests to use at their convenience.

Kitchen

An open-plan contemporay kitchen which is well equipped with a washer/dryer,dishwasher,fridge,freezer and electric oven with hob. Complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a kettle, toaster and microwave. This kitchen area is extremely spacious allowing room for several members of the family to cook that all important evening meal, ready to enjoy the sunset on the private terrace.

Dining

The dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living area. Comfortable dining for 6 people at the large dining table with matching chairs. This room is the perfect sociable space for friends and family, the views especially will be a conversation starter.

Bedrooms

The Master Bedroom features a modern white en-suite shower room with slate flooring and double patio doors leading to the terrace area. A king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and towards the end of a busy day sit back and relax reading a book on the occasional chair, the view providing the most beautiful backdrop. Bedroom 2 is a spacious room with twin beds and a built-in wardrobe.

Bathrooms

The family bathroom has been designed to a high standard with a large corner bath, electric shower with glass over the bath, wash basin, WC and a heated towel rail. The second bathroom is the en-suite to the master bedroom and features a shower, wash basin and a WC.

Outside

A large private terrace enjoying panoramic views across the beautiful River Dart and across to Dartmouth. Furnished with table, chairs and Barbeque for perfect al-fresco dining. Kingswear Village Stores kindly deliver to the property free of charge, so if you need to stock up on general produce and locally sourced goods then please feel free to call them on 01803 752291. Deliveries are available between Monday and Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

Parking

A designated parking space in a secure communal garage below the property which can be accessed via a flight of stairs or lift.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Prepare to get fit as all the local amenities are at the bottom of the hill and its a stiff climb back from the pub each time

The apartment was in a great location lovely terrace with views across to Dartmouth. We were a party of two couples . The main bedroom was really great but the second bedroom and compared with first bedroom for a second couple was a bit of a disappointment. No bedside light .There was a door that opened onto the outside. It did not lead anywhere bRead moreut the area outside was unswept and in need of a plant or light to brighten up the room. Thank you for a lovely stay again at Inglewood. So easy to stroll to village (and pub!) Walking is great here. We were staying in December,warm and comfortable. We shall be there again in 2024. Susan and Peter.

Excellent property for 2 adults and 2 children. Location, views and standard of accommodation were excellent except for the second bedroom, the window of which looked straight in an embankment less than a metre away.
