An open-plan contemporay kitchen which is well equipped with a washer/dryer,dishwasher,fridge,freezer and electric oven with hob. Complete with a full range of utensils and accessories including a kettle, toaster and microwave. This kitchen area is extremely spacious allowing room for several members of the family to cook that all important evening meal, ready to enjoy the sunset on the private terrace.
Dining
The dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living area. Comfortable dining for 6 people at the large dining table with matching chairs. This room is the perfect sociable space for friends and family, the views especially will be a conversation starter.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom features a modern white en-suite shower room with slate flooring and double patio doors leading to the terrace area. A king size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and towards the end of a busy day sit back and relax reading a book on the occasional chair, the view providing the most beautiful backdrop. Deliveries are available between Monday and Saturday from 7am to 6pm.

A designated parking space in a secure communal garage below the property which can be accessed via a flight of stairs or lift.
This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
