Lovely property that was clean, tidy and very well equipped with everything you need. We found the property was in a ideal location to access lots of local walking areas as well as the city of Lincoln which is either a few minutes by car or about an hours walk down the canal. Overall would highly recommend a stay here.

I highly recommend Livingstone Cottage! Beautiful and spacious cottage with everything we needed. Very thoughtful and attentive host. We would definitely return if visiting the area again. Private parking outside was a bonus. The welcome pack of goodies and the carved pumpkins were very much appreciated! We had a brilliant stay!

A lovely cottage, with plenty of room and excellent facilities. Great location looking out over the countryside but close enough to shop and pubs. Short bus ride into Lincoln. We will probably visit this cottage again.

What a wonderful cottage. We felt so at home as did our little dog. The property has all you could ask and is so quiet overlooking fields towards Lincoln. Access to the property down the narrow lane needs a bit of care - we had a large SUV and no issue. We made good use of the local bus service to visit the city . We can also throughly recommend thRead moree local Ferryboat pub for meals and drinks - very good menu and so friendly (inc dogs). All in all a wonderful base & a great holiday. Hide

The cottage was perfect, comfortable and spotless . We had a weekend with amazing weather and sitting out in the garden was wonderful. We took Ubers into town which was easy and not too expensive. The Castle and Cathedral are spectacular and we especially enjoyed the Victorian prison.

Excellently fitted out cottage in quiet cul-de-sac off main road (via narrow and hard to spot entrance). Good base for exploring historic Lincoln city and the Lincolnshire Wolds to the East.
