Set in the heart of The Mumbles, a large seaside village offering a pretty pier dating from 1898 with local amenities restaurants, cafe's bars, and the seafront promenade all within walking distance. Views across Swansea Bay, All Saints Church in front and Oystermouth Castle nearby, it's an ideal base to explore the area. Mumbles itself is a destination- full of character, with a friendly atmosphere and plenty to see and do. Bracelet Bay and Langland Bay are both within walking distance, connected by scenic coastal paths. Further afield, the Gower Peninsula offers wide, open beaches and stunning landscapes including Rhossili Bay and Worm's Head, as well as Oxwich Bay and Three Cliffs Bay. Swansea (5 miles) offering galleries, shopping, and connections to the city's most famous son Dylan Thomas.

The ground floor entrance hall leads on to a staircase to the first floor through to the neat lounge with its modern furnishings and neutral decor and a large bay window showcasing views across Swansea Bay a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. To the rear is a vaulted kitchen/diner, which is a light and airy space with skylights, modern conveniences, and a dining table seating up to 6 guests ideal for cooking and eating together. Also on the this floor is the contemporary family bathroom, and one twin bedroom ideal for younger members of the party. Upstairs the second floor features two king bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. The front bedroom enjoys the sea views. This house is tastefully decorated in neutral tones with subtle maritime touches while retaining its original character.

Fantastic house - great view and an ideal location! Allocated parking is a plus in the Mumbles. Having the main bedrooms upstairs meant that we were undisturbed at night by the the ground floor flat. Would stay again!

Very comfortable bed and very well equipped. Great views of the Bay. Could not get the WiFi to work.

Really lovely property! Amazing location so easy to walk into mumbles it takes 2 mins! Very clean and comfortable! Really lovely garden with great seating area! We werent aware there is actually a flat below the property which is rented out to other holiday makers and assumed when booking we had the whole property so were a little conscious of usRead more making noise with our 2 year old! We did actually meet the people below who said they couldnt hear us which made us feel better! Would definitely stay in this property again! Hide
