A beautiful wee cottage in a great location for exploring the local area. Our party was three couples and it was perfect for our needs - so much so that we're planning to come back again next year

Lovely cottage, fantastic location (hidden away with lots of wildlife, but handy for amenities in G-o-S). Really enjoyed our stay.

A very comfortable and well appointed cottage on the outskirts of Grantown-on-Spey. Top Cottage is is a great base for exploring the Cairngorms with easy access to the A95 and A9. Watch out for the red squirrels, deer, rabbits and lots of birds

This is a wonderful cottage right on the edge of the Cairngorms. We had a great week in the highlands with access to a wide range of areas.

Beautiful cottage, Beatrix Potter vibes! Spotlessly clean cosy and comfortable in the most beautiful location. Nice and secluded but Grantown on Spey nearby has so many good amenities, lucked out with a Farmers Market on the Sunday and the bookshop is a readers dream, the lady who helped us was so lovely. Would highly recommend the cottage itself aRead morend the area. Oh and we were lucky enough to see a red squirrel and a few deer not to mention the teeny birds who gorged on the feeders Hide

A very comfortable, well equipped and cosy cottage in an excellent location just on the edge of Grantown. We had a lovely week in February, and enjoyed being able to walk into town, and particularly loved the views out of the back of the cottage and the wildlife (including red squirrels) in the garden. Having the conservatory is a real plus. There Read moreis a very slight noise from the A95, and you are next to a large house which wasnt occupied, but overall this was an excellent place to stay. Lovely quiet location tucked away off the road. Plenty of bird life and the occasional red squirrel in the feeder by the garage. The underfloor heating in the downstairs bathroom was appreciated. Very clean and well appointed .

Our third stay. Great location which feels remote in its own grounds but is a half hour walk to Grantown. Grantown has a decent size Coop and there are a couple of lovely cafes. Good walking from the door. Red squirrels came to the feeders in the garden. On one of our days as we ate tea in the conservatory we had two squirrels less than six feet awRead moreay. We also saw deer 6/7 days in the grounds. Hide

This was our second time and just as enjoyable as the first, even if there were fewer rabbits... Very well located for getting around the area and we enjoyed several walks within 20 minutes' drive. The conservatory is a real bonus, although it became too hot on a couple of days (rare in Scotland) but it provides a good view to the hills and the raiRead morelway cutting behind. Comfortable beds, good linens. The only drawback is that the bedrooms do not have blackout but we were prepared with sleep masks. Hide
