Beautiful property in a great location. Quiet and private, yet close enough to the pub/restaurant and shop. Great for dogs - garden is fully enclosed, and there's plenty of great walks nearby. Cottage is big and spacious, lots of nice places to sit.

The cottage was perfect. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Very quiet location on the Hoddom Caravan Park Estate, away from the caravans and camping. Only issues were tv reception hit and miss and bad Wi-Fi connection, this could be due to location of property.

We loved staying in Hoddom Gardens and would happily stay again. The house is very large and comfortable with everything you'd need, and the location was ideal for us: quiet, but there's the caravan park nearby if you want the facilities.

Hoddom Gardens was a fantastic base for exploring Dumfries and Galloway. The cottage was set in a quiet spot but within easy reach of local amenities. It was lovely and clean with what felt like a fairly recent refurbishment. It was well appointed and had everything we needed, we would definitely recommend and likely book again in the future.

A lovely home that is quiet large for only a 2 bedroom home. Enclosed well looked after garden, with access to other parts of the estate. Our dog was so confused that we were in different rooms further apart than he was used to. Lovely and quite, also great for listening to the owls and watching the bats flying around
