Kennels cottage was just perfect, cosy and warm, very welcoming, we absolutely loved it. The views from the front of the cottage are beautiful and the garden perfect for our dogs and us! Couldn't fault it and we will definitely return. Sad to leave this wonderful area of Scotland.

We found the cottage a great place. Bailey our dog absolutely love the garden, all the smells. Plus we got a great view of a wide variety of bird on the feeders, and the shower pressure was better than my own at home.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful place. a bit old fashioned and could do with some TLC but nothing major and didn't retract from the holiday. The dogs loved the garden and we had some great walks.

Very clean property. Kitchen good. Sitting room seating not comfortable. Double bed was the most uncomfortable ever.Bathroom cramped. Setting of house wonderful. Garden great for dogs we cleared any mess left by our dog and left bags for future visitors. The entry at the front gate was almost impassable even in boots as it was so deep in mud and huRead morege puddles. The top of the drive near the house was also super muddy and suspect not accessible without 4x4. Left early bed so bad. Hide

A great cottage, with an extremely secure garden which we have never had in any of our previous cottages. Our 2 dogs were able to roam freely with no worries. There is a shed outside which has everything for the woodburner you could need: kindling, small logs, dry wood, regular wood and newspaper for starting the fire. Pitlochry is a 15 minute drivRead moree away and they have lots of places to eat, cafes, charity shops, scottish shops. Overall, the owner was very helpful and we had everything we needed Hide

3rd stay and as relaxing as ever. Location is perfect for us and the weather was amazing. Easy access to many beautiful places. If you want a modern cottage this isnt for you but it's perfect for the location. Not a single log was left for the fire so we had to drive into pitlochry to get some. Will be back a 4th time!

What a beautiful place to stay for us and our dogs! It's not slick and modern but then neither are we and it's all the better for it! The dogs loved the garden and we loved watching the birds. We brought bird food with us but wouldn't have needed to because you supplied it along with comfy loungers in the summerhouse.. We only took a couple of tripRead mores out because we were all really happy staying put. We've stayed at a lot of nice places over the years but never one where we felt so relaxed. Hide

This traditional cottage is very cosy and well kitted out in beautiful wooded surroundings. In the Winter, guests need to be prepared to bring bottled water in case of freezing or that the water may need boiling; and that the steep drive may be icy for cars to go up. But if are well prepared this winter wonderland getaway is well worth the effort.

This is a delightful quirky property which reminded me very much of my grandparents' cottage in the country. You need to be prepared to accept that part of its charm is that it is dated but that very much appealed to me and my friend. Do take some bird food with you. You will be well rewarded.
