The house is in the village of Brodick, with shops and pubs just a few metres away. The beach, a long sweep of golden sand, is just as close and makes for easy beach days with the kids. There is superb walking all over the island, from beachside strolls to challenging mountain hikes. The house has breathtaking views over the mountains, and out over the sea at Brodick Bay.
Step inside and you'll find a light, bright, modern property with plenty of home comforts. You enter through the porch, handy for taking off muddy boots. Inside, you'll find a large living room with a choice of sofas and fantastic views from its bay window. The spacious kitchen/diner has a table big enough for all the family to gather, and it's equipped with contemporary kitchen units, a double electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There is also a door to the garden. There are three bedrooms on the first floor: two doubles and a quad room with two bunk beds and two single beds. This layout makes it ideal for two families to share. There is also a family bathroom.
Outside, there is a sheltered, mature garden with fruit trees and shrubs and more incredible views. It has a shed which can be used to store bikes and sports equipment.
