Journey to Ullswater (12 miles) for iconic Lake District scenery; glide across the water on one of the steamers or scale the surrounding fells for jaw-dropping views.
Three steps lead to this stylish apartment and, once inside, the accommodation is all on one level. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is chic and elegant, with vibrant artwork, feature wallpaper and quirky light fittings creating a boutique hotel vibe. After a romantic dinner for two at the gorgeous glass dining table, snuggle up together on the plush sofa in front of the electric fire to read a book or watch a film on the smart TV.
