Lovely holiday cottage situated near Penrith and an idea base for exploring the Lake District. Cottage is modern and was spotlessly clean, the owner Kathryn checked in with my wife and I ahead of our departure, lovely gesture. Will be returning in the future.

This cottage is modern, stylish & comfortable. Its location is perfect, very scenic but 10 minutes from all the amenities you could need. The hosts are accessible and friendly but more importantly dog friendly and our pooch was made incredibly welcome. Would highly recommend a stay here - we loved it and cant wait to return!

Perfect cottage in every way, really comfortable, everything spotlessly clean too. Excellent location for accessing the local Cumbrian towns, great dog walks straight from the door. And a welcoming pub just across the road with great food.
