Made up of two adjoining self-catering holiday cottages Billeaford Barn offers beautifully presented and spacious accommodation finished to a very high standard. Located in the popular village of Knodishall close to Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Coast. Ideal for a large family gathering, reunion with friends or any special occasion the property is the perfect choice with a large entertaining and dining area for all the guests and lots of outdoor space including a tennis court. Shop: 0.5 miles Pub: 0.5 miles.

Security Deposit: A £300 security deposit is required four weeks prior to your holiday.

Knodishall village is ideally positioned between coast and country with easy access to the beaches at Thorpeness (two and a half miles away) and at Aldeburgh (three miles away). The village is interspersed with pretty gorse-covered commons and is well served by the Butcher's Arms pub which provides good food and live music. There is also a village shop and garage.

This cottage was lovely, a great place for new year for a group of friends, plenty of space and just what we wanted for a getaway. Great that the table could be extended so all of us could eat together, and the space for babies to sleep while adults stayed up was perfect.

Excellent extended family stay for the Christmas period. Well equipped, clean, dog friendly and the layout of the two homes worked well for us with ages from 14 to 86 and a dog! Great way to make lasting memories. Excellent location not far from excellent beaches or Thorpeness. Would also recommend the farm shop that was close by. Thank you for hRead moreaving us. The cottages were comfortable nice sofas allowing social interaction in both. Lovely garden tables/chairs for eating outside. Nice green space for badminton etc and tennis court very useful addition.
