Nestled in the pretty Bridge of Tilt an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), the Cairngorms National Park, which is perfect for all outdoor pursuits. Due to its rural location in a tranquil hamlet of houses, with neighbours nearby, this property is perfect for quiet family reunions but it is not suitable for parties or guests wishing to entertain.

Step inside this spacious stylish detached house into the hall through to the light and bright lounge/diner. In the lounge area relax on the sofas after a day out exploring this AONB and watch a great movie on the Smart TV or listen to your music on the Bluetooth soundbar and on those cooler evenings light up the fantastic wood burner. There are sliding doors leading directly out to the enclosed garden with seating area in the dining area. Next is the well-equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. Directly followed by the handy utility/boot room with washer/dryer and direct access out the enclosed garden. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, and a bunk bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a bath and WC. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you first meet with a comfortable seating area with Smart TV. Continuing back through the hall you will find a lovely double and finally completing the accommodation is the pretty king-size bedroom.

Venturing outside to the enclosed garden there is a fantastic seating area with charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining or lazy evening star gazing, perhaps with a wee dram, good local ale or a nice glass of wine. There is off-road private parking available for three cars directly in front of the property.

We've just enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in this spacious, comfortable, very well equipped house. On arrival there was a very generous welcome pack, most unexpected but a lovely touch. The area is incredibly quiet but within walking distance from bus stops, train station, bars, restaurants and Blair Castle. The back garden is fully enclosed foRead morer dogs. Highly recommended. We spent a week with our family at Lag-nan-eun. One of the best establishments we have ever rented. The cottage was extremely well equipped with everything that you need. Attention to detail was superb and everything worked as it should. Would highly recommend this cottage. Lovely walks and scenery nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Right price for quality you get. Clean and spacious and comfortable good documentation for things to do and lots of family games for rainy days. Nice cottage!
