Enter the hallway and remove your boots and coats before heading to the delightful open-plan living space. The heart of the house, it stretches through to the rear patio. The living area has two deep red velvet sofas arranged around the wood burner ideal for cosy evenings in with a film on the TV. Step up into the kitchen/diner where underfloor heating keeps your toes warm and Velux windows and full-width, bi-fold doors create a sense of space and light. Equipped with a large electric range-style oven with five gas hobs, a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher, gather at the hand-crafted dining table for sociable mealtimes. On warm days, open the doors to let the fresh air breeze in. A WC and utility cupboard completes the ground floor. Upstairs on the first floor, the first double bedroom has wonderful views to the fells and an en-suite shower room.
