What a beautiful house & location. Nine of us two with mobility issues but, not a problem here, the two downstairs bedrooms made it so easy. Well equipped & well laid out, the beds all made up as doubles were very comfortable & cosy. Pine lodge is somewhat remote & due to that the visiting herd of deer, wonderful array of birds (especially the SwifRead morets) & a Heron appear regularly & are an absolute delight. Shop before you arrive or arrange a delivery as the big supermarkets are an hour away. Wi-Fit worked well cant comment on the television as we didnt use it. We would highly recommend this property to large groups with a love of spectacular views & plenty of fresh Scottish air. We visted, Taste of Pertshire, The Falkirk wheel & the Kelpies purchased Abroath smokies & Blair castle, found lovely walks & waterfalls & visited the Harrods of the north Bruar shopping. A very welcoming pub (with excellent food) The Moulin (Pitlochry) All in all a wonderful base to explore from. Hide

Andy the owner is very friendly and made contact with us prior to our arrival. He also checked everything was OK during the storm. Towels and bedding is provided but that is pretty much it - no welcome pack - no soap in bathrooms. The property is lovely but needs some TLC and could be cleaner - the shower in one of the bathrooms was not good. The bRead morerushes to clean the dishes had seen better days. The oven dishes/trays were very greasy Could do with access to Netflix/Prime via the TV's Hide

Great house and location. The views are lovely and the setting is very peaceful. The house is extremely accessible as it is not far from the A9. This was our second visit to the house. We visited with our sons, daughter in laws and grand children. Our 2 year old grandson loved the deer in the field next to the house. Andy, the owner, was very welcoRead moreming and on hand if we had any issues. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked for next summer. Thank you. Hide
