A well equipped cottage in a good location for access to Inverness, Moray coast, Cairngorms and Speyside. The cottage is attached to the owners home. Sandy and Margaret were very welcoming hosts and stopped by to chat but without imposing on our privacy. Bedrooms were large with a good en-suite in each. The main bedroom en-suite had a large showeRead morer cubicle with an efficient and easy to operate thermostatic shower mixer control. The living room was a shared space with the kitchen and a dining table. We had plenty of room for two but this might be tight for a family with older children or two couples. We particularly enjoyed the wildlife views from our armchairs especially early mornings. Watching a red squirrel gathering moss in the tree opposite for nest building was a highlight. Recommend that you bring binoculars. Hide

Superior levels of equipment in the kitchen. High quality fittings throughout. Plus ample shelving in the bathroom for all your kit (cottages often lacking in this respect). Owners friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. Have used holiday cottages regularly over many years; this is one of the best!
