Situated in the peaceful, coastal village of Findochty, on a quiet street with ample parking, this property is close to the harbour, known as Crooked Haven, the beach, and village amenities. Take a stroll around the typical fishing village stopping at the local pub/restaurant for refreshments, or simply relax and watch the boats at the harbour. The Moray Firth coastline offers a mix of golden sandy beaches, sheltered coves, and dramatic cliffs, plus fabulous walks and cycle routes starting from the front door. Banff is 18 miles offering boat tours, water sports, outdoor activities, and more. Strathlene golf course is 1.5 miles, enjoy a round whilst taking in the spectacular views golfing or following the world-famous Malt Whisky Trail, Moray has it all.

Closer to home there is local surfing and paddle boarding in Cullen (3.7 miles), so you can test your abilities. You can enjoy a game of golf at Cullen Links( 3.7 miles), Buckpool Golf course (5.7 miles) and the beautiful Spey Bay golf club (12.5 miles). You can enjoy the various distilleries on offer, sampling the best Whisky that Scotland has to offer. They are in abundance all within a 20 mile radius.

On entering this beautiful period cottage, you immediately feel welcomed into the large open-plan lounge/diner, relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. On cooler evenings, enjoy a cosy night in front of the lovely wood burner. The dining area has seating for all and provides the perfect area to enjoy a family meal. The stylish kitchen has a centre island with seating and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a lovely ground floor king-size bedroom and completing the ground floor is a family bathroom with a separate shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will come to the sunroom with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, and the most amazing views overlooking the village and the sea. Continuing up the stairs you have three light and bright bedrooms, one super- king-size, one king-size, and one twin. Completing this property is a shower room and WC.

Heading outside, you will find the enclosed garden to the rear overlooking the sea with a patio area and seating for you to enjoy a morning coffee. There is roadside parking outside the property.

Rosedale was a delightful place to visit. The sun room had fabulous views, it was lovely sitting in the garden and the house was spacious and well equipped. It had easy access to great walks and the village itself was lovely to explore. I would definitely recommend and hope to go back and visit myself at some point.

clean, warm and comfortable. Hot water on demand is helpful for baths. Sunlounge is an incredible feature with stunning view. Great kitchen. Didnt use the downstairs lounge or burner or the dining room. slept well on comfortable firm mattress.

The house is very clean and comfortable, and the view from the upstairs sunlounge is amazing. Findochty is a lovely village -it's a very short walk from the house to the east beach which the children loved although it's too stony to swim, and also just a few minutes walk to a small sandy beach which is marvellous for swimming especially when the tiRead morede is in. You wont be disappointed with this beautiful holiday home, the views are breathtaking. Everything you need in a holiday home is available, they thought of everything.
