Enjoy a family getaway to Cornwall’s idyllic south coast in this inviting holiday home just 2 miles from Falmouth. The pet-friendly property sits within an attractive holiday park, with a myriad of activities on your doorstep, as well as a stunning shared garden designed by the famous botanist David Bellamy. A short, 1-mile stroll brings you to the beach at Maenporth, where you can spend a relaxed afternoon building sandcastles, playing beach games, and splashing in the sea. The thriving seaside town of Falmouth has a fantastic range of independent shops and eateries, as well as a bustling harbour. In summer months, why not join one of the boat trips to explore this stunning stretch of coastline from the water. Nearby attractions and days out include Pendennis Castle, the spectacular Lizard Peninsula, and the sub-tropical gardens at Trebah and Glendurgan (all within 5 miles).

This newly refurbished, contemporary holiday retreat sits alongside similar homes in a friendly holiday village. Inside, the open-plan living area, with brand new furniture, has ample space for everyone to spread out and relax. Spend time whipping up family feasts in the modern kitchen using fresh, local ingredients, which you can enjoy around the dining table or outside on the patio. In the evenings, get cosy in the lounge area to read a few pages from your book or watch a movie on the Smart TV. Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await – one king-size, one super-king-size (which can be made up as twins on request) and a twin room (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). The super-king bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and rounding off the accommodation is a refreshing family bathroom.

Outside, the rear garden has furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining, and beyond this is a beautiful 16-acre shared garden with a range of outdoor seating. Within the resort, you’ll find a friendly clubhouse that serves food and drink during high season. There’s also a handy shop on site selling holiday essentials, as well as a children’s play area, plunge pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and tennis courts, meaning there’s something to keep everyone entertained. The property has private parking for one car, with further parking available on site. Please note, there is an unfenced stream within the grounds.
