Located in the pretty village of Edenhall with a country pub serving food and local beer just 350 yards away. Perfectly located between the Pennines and the Lake District National Park. Take a trip on a Ullswater Steamers, walk an alpaca, or enjoy a tour of a boutique gin distillery. The lovely market town of Penrith is less than 4 miles away, here you will find a great selection of independent shops and restaurants, as well as a train station with a direct service into Glasgow, Edinburgh and the Lake District. The location is perfect for lovers of the great outdoors, there are lovely walks from your front door and lots of opportunities to go cycling along quiet country roads or for the more experienced cyclist, the Lakes and Dales Loop which takes in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and West Cumbria.

Located in a pretty courtyard, as you enter the property you walk into the open-plan kitchen/dining area with access out to the enclosed garden. The ground floor is bright and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen that features a gas Range style cooker, SMEG fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a dining area opposite the kitchen which offers a great social space to sit down together and catch up or make plans for the days ahead. Next door to the kitchen on the ground floor you will find the lounge with a cosy wood burner and comfy seating, it is a great place to kick back and relax and watch a good movie or catch up on your favourite series on the Smart TV. Head back through the kitchen and at the bottom of the staircase you will find a stunning wet room with a feature tiled wall and rain shower with WC. Head up the staircase to the first floor, here you will find three individually styled bedrooms, a master king-size bedroom with dressing room, and a feature roll-top bath in the corner of the bedroom, offering a touch of luxury. There is a second king-size bedroom and a double bedroom both with views over the private lake. There is a second bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

The private enclosed garden is accessed from the kitchen/dining area. It has a fabulous hot tub, seating, and views over the estate. There is ample parking on the estate just 100 yards from the property.

Lovely cottage with great deco , enclosed garden was perfect for our dog . The highlight of our stay was meeting Juno the deer , which was magical.!

The house was great and facilities also great in terms of it had everything we needed, especially the kitchen. The house is clean except it really needs a good clean in terms of spider webs and bugs. They are on the ceiling of every room and hallways etc. They could do with a squeegee type broom in the downstairs shower as the floor was flooded allRead more the time. The house was good and fitted 6 comfortably. Garden area and hot tub lovely. Hide
