Perranporth is located on the stunning North Cornwall coast and this ever-popular resort town has a pub directly on the beach, and its stunning beach and waves are popular with tourists and locals alike. For the avid beachgoer, you can immerse yourself in the 3-mile-long stretch of golden sands. For walkers, escape to the South West Coast Path and enjoy walks to the east towards Newquay and west towards Gwithian, Carbis Bay, and St Ives, look out for the occasional dolphin, seal or basking shark that call these waters home. There’s plenty of eateries and pubs to visit from your doorstep after a day adventuring. Head to the surfing capital of Cornwall in Newquay (8.5 miles) for an array of beach choices and shops galore or try the cathedral city of Truro and discover its many independent boutique stores, just 9 miles away.

With painted wooden floorboards in the hallway and main reception rooms, Rolling Waves welcomes all guests with a warm nautical feel.  Step inside into the welcoming kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need including electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher so create a feast for all the family. Head through to the light and spacious hallway with doors to all rooms. Head into the gorgeous dining room with stylish interior and panoramic views across Perranporth to the beach and golf course. Enjoy a special feast at the dining table, this really is the perfect social space wit wonderful views. The lounge has cosy seating to choose from and extra beanbags so you can all gather round to watch a film on the Smart TV. The double bedroom to the front has superb views so you can enjoy your morning coffee in bed and admire the views. At the rear of the property you’ll find a double zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and single bedroom (which can also be made into a double on request). Completing the inside is the bathroom with freestanding bath, separate rainfall shower and WC and additional separate WC.

Heading outside from the lounge patio doors onto the completely enclosed garden, there are various decking seating areas so you can dine alfresco or relax on a lounger in the sunshine with a good book whilst the children play on the lawn. There is allocated parking for one car and further on-street parking available

This is a spacious property with wonderful views of the beach and town from the deck, the lounge, dining room and double bedroom. It is only a short walk into town, though the hill is quite steep. There is no welcome pack, we were told that the owner no longer pays for one by the management company. So, not as advertised. As others have sRead moreaid, the house is looking tired, in particulate the paintwork and blinds. We found the furniture in the lounge to be uncomfortable. There are some health and safety issues which we have advised to the owners, in particular there is a step down into the dining room with low visual contrast so that you can easily miss it and fall. We moved the black door mat to below the step to make it visible. Its worth mentioning the parking, there is an allocated space at the end of an unpaved lane. Its ok for a small to medium sized car although you cannot turn the car around when there are other cars parked alongside (most of the time). If you have a larger car, suv, van or pickup then the space is inadequate and you will have to reverse out of the lane. There is space for two vehicles in front of the property however this is on the public highway so there are often other vehicles parked there. There are steep steps from the road to the front door with only a partial handrail. Hide

The property is in an ideal location but in need of a renovation inside. Garden is beautiful. Expensive for what you get.

Amazing location and views, probably best enjoyed in the summer when you can make the most of the garden. Agree with the other review that the house it a little tired in places, had to report a couple of issues whilst there.

Great location lovely garden, but house was tired and needed updating. Log burner has been decommissioned and there was no welcome pack.
