Step through the porch into the welcoming living room, complete with a Chesterfield sofa, easy chairs and a Smart TV. Glazed double doors lead through to the contemporary kitchen/diner, which is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A large dining table with seating for four takes centre stage, complemented by an open dresser stocked with white china. When the day is done, climb the stairs to find two king-size bedrooms. One enjoys views across the grounds and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, completing the accommodation.
Step outside into the enclosed garden, the patio area is home to a hot tub. Within the property there is a parking area for two cars. The property is not suitable to charge electric vehicles but there are charging points in the local area.
