As you approach the covered front entrance door you will find yourself in the hallway with handy utility room directly in front of you. To the left you will find the impressive bright kitchen with high ceiling, beams and inviting dining area. This is a great space to sit down, enjoy breakfast and make plans for the days ahead. There is an open attractive staircase which leads from the kitchen to the first floor, here you will find the master suite, with dressing area and bathroom with walk in shower and WC and a step up into the huge bedroom with views towards the castle. This bedroom offers a great place to relax and unwind, the free standing bath at the top of the room offers the perfect place to read a good book and forget your day to day stresses, it really is very special! Head back downstairs, through the kitchen back into the hallway pass the utility you will find the lounge. This room has comfy seating, a cosy log burner and has access out onto the raised decking with views over the lake and towards the Castle. The original restored parquet floor is a fabulous feature which runs through into the second bedroom. This bedroom on the ground floor is great for any guests with limited mobility. The bedroom is spacious with a super-king zip and link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). Through the contemporary glass frosted door you will find the stylish en-suite wet room.
To the rear of the property there is private decking with seating and great views towards the castle and lake, it is the perfect spot to sit and watch the world go by, enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of fizz, while watching the swans float across the lake.
