For walkers, escape to the South West Coast Path and enjoy walks to the east towards Newquay (7 miles), and west towards Gwithian and Hayle (17 miles). For those ever-important shopping trips, try the cathedral city of Truro (8 miles) and discover its many independent boutique stores and a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Stairs rise to the first floor where you'll find a twin bedroom to the rear with views across neighbouring fields and a generous king-size bedroom to the front with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and en-suite shower room with shower and WC.
From the snug and dining area, doors lead onto the enclosed and private rear garden. There's a variety of mature shrubs, plants, and herbs in the borders, as well as decking, a lawn, and a patio with picnic table seating and charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco of an evening. There is driveway parking for three cars.
