The unspoilt village of Naunton sits at the head of the Windrush Valley and is just off the main tourist trail. Well served with a traditional village pub, in a beautiful spot by the river Windrush, it’s a perfect base for enjoying the area, whether you’re walking, cycling or horse riding. A network of pathways weave their way across the breathtaking countryside and quaint Hamlets. You will have easy access to a host of attractions including the Cotswold Farm Park, Naunton Golf Course and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Further afield Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon are both great for a day at the races or a night at the theatre.

On entering this cosy and intimate single-storey barn conversion, you will find yourself in the bright and inviting lounge. Tastefully furnished and with TV and patio doors leading to the garden, this is a relaxing and welcoming space. Moving through into the spacious and stylish kitchen/diner, you will find the attractively designed kitchen is well-equipped with everything you may need includingan electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The dining area is ideal. Exploring this charming property further, there is one comfortable and cosy double bedroom. You will also find a bathroom, complete with shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside, you can relax at the end of the day and maybe enjoy an al fresco meal in the charming open courtyard which is fully furnished and is complete with BBQ. Stabling is also available by arrangement direct with the owner.

The cottage is just wonderful, set in beautiful grounds opposite a field where you can occasionally see horses. Very private and nestled in beautiful countryside but still walking distance from the village pub. Ideal ! The owners were very caring and helped us with any questions etc

10/10 Cottage was amazing...peaceful and private. Super clean. Perfect for our Westie. Owners were great, nice and friendly but not obtrusive. Will definitely return

Lovely peaceful location with beautiful walks from the doorstep.Great local pub with very nice food within walking distance and super dog friendly. Cottage very nice and well equipped with nice touches like a torch, umbrella and map provided for use. We were made to feel very welcome and our dog loved all the walks especially by the river.

Naunton Little barn is a lovely cosy little cottage. It was comfortable, clean & had everything needed for our first ever Christmas away. The cottage is lovely, very clean and well positioned for visits to the Cotswold. Chris and Carol (hosts) are very friendly and on hand if you need anything. We have visited 3 times now and that says everything.

I gave 4 stars for equipment because there wasn't a microwave (but there was an air fryer so some people would prefer that!). Other than that, it had everything we needed. This is such a lovely place and location. We had a lovely time and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you.

A gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped cottage in a perfect central location. Carol and Chris were extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, and Chris was very quick and efficient in dealing with a Pidgeon issue, hopefully now totally resolved!

The equipment and facilities throughout are first class, and the secluded patio area with comfy chairs and table with parasol were well used by us.

Lovely cottage with very good facilities in a great central location and in a lovely village. The Black Horse in Naunton was a lovely friendly pub and served good food. There are also several other pub/restaurants with 20 minutes of Naunton and Bourton and Stow are less than 30 minutes away. A great place to spend a walk for walkers and non-walkersRead more alike. Naunton Little Barn is a lovely little cottage in beautiful surroundings.It has everything you need and is located on the edge of a beautiful village and is ideally located for many of the surrounding hotspots .Carol the host could not have been more welcoming.It made my 70th Birthday very special and hopefully we will be returning again. We had a great time here. It was myself and my wife and our elderly dog and it was ideal in every way. Could not have asked for anything more, comfortable, well appointed, secluded and will definitely be coming back.
