The cottage and location are outstanding. It's a good location if you aren't overly mobile as you don't have to walk far to see beautiful scenery and wildlife. We spent most of the time in the grounds of the cottage and the immediate surroundings and saw a very long list of wildlife and birds. The owner is very helpful and always on hand if you hRead moread a problem. We had a wonderful week. Hide

Unique opportunity to experience this special location. Accommodation is very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Manager lives nearby and can offer any advice required. Lovely place to walk, hike or simply relax.

Lovely cottage, cosy living room, excellent beds, and equipped with anything you need, set in absolutely stunning, remote spot. Cath is an excellent host. Couldn't recommend Glen Doll enough!

The cottage was immaculate and well apppinted. The welcome hamper was a much appreciated bonus. The private enclosed garden was great to let the dogs out knowing they were contained. Catherine the manager could not have been more helpful and it was a pleasure to meet her. The location is perfect , absolute peace and tranquility with beautiful sceneRead morery. Lovely accommodation in a very special old house in such a beautiful setting. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Nice welcome on arrival by the friendly manager of the property who has great local knowledge and is available if needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and look forward to returning.

This was a delightful cottage! We had such a relaxing week away from 'real life'. There are walks leading from the cottage, some up high and others which were flatter. The cottage was very clean and comfy, and it was a good size for 4 adults. Our accomodation was spot on, so cosy and comfortable - the welcome pack was much appreciated thankyou. Catherine was very welcoming and helpful. We've been coming up to Glen Doll for many years and introduced two friends to our most favourite place. Staying on the doorstep was a treat.

Fantastic holiday, cottage was excellent and our host Catherine was very helpful. The views and walks could not have been better and after a day walking it was so nice to come back to a warm and comfortable home it was just what was needed. Would definitely recommend.
