Head down to South Beach via The Paragon or choose one of the other three golden-sand beaches to explore. You can also take a daily boat from the famous harbour across to secluded Caldey Island during the peak season. There is an excellent selection of shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants to keep you well-fed and entertained too. For family days out, head to Manor Wildlife Park or Heatherton World of Activities (3.5 miles).
As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a generous open-plan lounge and diner area with beautifully preserved hardwood floors, exposed beams and a cosy wood burner. Relax on in front of the Smart TV on the large corner sofa or enjoy nibbles and board games on the dining table as a family. Through to the back of the house, you will find the galley-style kitchen, perfect to prepare a hearty breakfast to start the day or a picnic for the beach. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find three light and airy bedrooms - two double rooms and one bunk room. The contemporary family bathroom offers a shower over the bathtub and WC.
Externally, there is a fully enclosed garden with a patio courtyard and a raised decking terrace with outdoor furniture to make the most of the evening sun. Enjoy a BBQ with the family at the end of a fun day at the beach. Please note there are three steps onto the decked terrace.
