This beautiful coastal home is nestled in the heart of Newquay where you will find some of the country's finest beaches, which are world-renowned for the incredible surf on offer. The town centre is also close by (0.25 miles) and offers a vast selection of shops, local attractions, dog-friendly beaches and fine eateries to suit all tastes. Visit some of the town’s all-year-round attractions including Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland. Alternatively, head out on the Atlantic Highway and a 3.5-mile drive will take you to Watergate Bay, again popular with surfers and kite surfers. Slightly further afield you will find a fantastic array of historic fishing villages to explore such as Padstow (16 miles) and Perranporth (9 miles).

Stepping into this detached retreat you will soon notice the light and stylish interior it has on offer. Making your way through the initial hallway entrance brings you to the semi-open-plan design, the lounge provides a comfortable corner sofa and an additional sofa from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. You can pass on through into the kitchen/dining space which combined with the joined utility, will provide everything you need for a stress-free, convenient stay. The lovely dining table sits all guests comfortably. The ground floor handily holds the first of the property’s bedrooms with a king-size bed, whilst there is also an accompanying family bathroom close by along the hallway. Making your way upstairs brings you to the final three bedrooms and shower room. The master bedroom provides a super-king-size zip-and-link bed with an accompanying balcony overlooking the rear garden, whereas as the final two bedrooms act as twin rooms, one providing two twin single beds, and the other a bunk bed. All bedrooms provide ample storage space.

You can make your way to the south-facing rear enclosed patio via the French doors in the living space, or side gates of the home. The outdoor space is split between a lower patio and raised decked terrace. Both spaces provide comfortable outdoor seating, perfect for al fresco dining or to enjoy your favourite tipple after a day of adventures along the North Cornwall coastline. There is also a BBQ for guests to use at their convenience.

A nice property in a good location but really spoiled by lack of management and maintenance ( handles falling off, tap constantly dripping etc), insufficient kitchen equipment and insufficient welcome pack and information. Had to call owner to find out WiFi password and report dripping tap which remained dripping throughout our 2 week stay. Such a Read moreshame as otherwise a really nice property. Hide

We stayed in the property early September and was pleasantly surprised to find lots of space for multiple cars on the drive. The property was very spacious and clean. Our dog loved it. The beds were comfortable and clean. Great location near to centre, quick walk to Lusty Glaze and 45 minutes walk to Fistral. Local Tesco. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property , There are things I think would help it take a step up. Garden needs a lick of paint and patio furniture needs replacing. No bins , had to leave rzbbish bags in garage Tap to bath wobbles , needs securing. No welcome book , so no emergency numbers,etc. no password for WiFi, had to ring goldszar for this Read more. As I said , these are easy to fix and would enhance what we thought is a lovely property , ideally places for a walk ro the beach or into Newquay Hide

Lovely house in a lovely location, but lots of wasted potential. Lots of things broken, dirty or otherwise unusable. Examples: -Broken bottom step of decking- not very safe! -Grotty coffee machine with no pods -Very grotty air fryer, open at your peril! -Hoover that smells like cheese when you turn it on -Dryer that hadn't had it's filter cleaned iRead moren years, almost a whole new t-shirt collected in the lint trap A weekend's hard graft would do a world of good to this stay Hide

Fabulous accommodation, plenty of room for a family of 8. Very clean and comfortable. The little welcome pack was a lovely touch. The drive at the front of the house is big enough to park two cars. Everything is in walking distance. Highly recommend

Beautiful house with plenty of room, amazing location to all the beaches and town centre, check in was straight forward and the house had everything we needed. Would 100% stay again
