Situated in the historic town of Rye, which boasts an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with easy access to the Sussex coastline, this property is perfect for foodies and walkers alike. Explore the many cobbled streets, climb the church tower for spectacular views across the rooftops and surrounding countryside, or take a stroll to the Rye Heritage Centre to learn about the history of the town. Nature lovers should visit the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (3 miles), a haven for bird and plant life, or take a trip to the beach at Camber Sands (3 miles), with its dunes and water sports. Families will enjoy a visit to Hastings (15 miles) to see the Old Town and ride the funicular to the top of a cliff and for those looking for a spot of retail therapy, the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet at Ashford is only 15 miles away or a quick trip on the train.

The apartment is excellently situated just a few minutes from the town centre and the train station.We enjoyed watching the trains go past but they were not intrusive. The car parking space did require some careful manoeuvring for a medium sized suv but we managed with the help of the garage turntable. Stunning apartment . Warm arrival & spotlessly clean. Welcome milk & biscuits much appreciated. Owner was easily reachable, polite & friendly . Really was a wonderful weekend break with friends. Its close to station which caused no noise issues at all. I wouldnt hesitate to return and would recommend to all.

The building has been converted to a high spec and there was more than enough room for the 5 of us for my wife's 60th with adult children. It suited us perfectly. Rye is a magical place with lots of good restaurants and pubs. We had a great time. We would have no hesitation using the apartment again or recommending.

This apartment didnt disappoint, it was beautifully equipped, very clean and comfortable. It was within easy walking distance of all the amenities, restaurants and shops.

A fabulously light and airy apartment in a great location in Rye. It was spotlessly clean and the parking in the underground car park was easy (we have a Volvo XC40). We used Rye as a base to visit various sights including - Bodiam Castle, Lamb House, the steam train from Hythe to Dungeness, Beachy Head, Burling Gap, Herstmoncieux Castle. A well located, airey property, noises from trains every hour might be a distraction for some. Within easy reach of supplies, restaurants and bars if thats your thing. Easy access to the property. The underground car park entrance can be channeling but plenty of cheap long stay parking nearby. Would we go again, yes definitely.

This property was incredibly clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for exploring Rye and the surrounding areas..A handy supermarket just across the road for provisions was useful too. A secure parking spot that was big enough for my Land Rover Discovery 3, with some careful manoeuvring. We had a lovely holiday. Thanks to the owner.

Clean, spacious with everything you could need. A modern and sympathetically renovated building. An Ideal base for exploring the beautiful Sussex countryside. Crisps and wine were much appreciated after a long drive. Eat out every night, Rye has some great restaurants.

A lovely flat and an excellent base for exploring Rye and the area. It's very well cleaned and equipped. Jempson's supermarket is extremely close (closed on Sundays). There is a good information pack provided. Also maps and leaflets, etc. Both the housekeeper & owner quickly and courteously answered some questions we had. Very spacious well maintained apartment. Spotlessly clean and no noise issues. Location is perfect only a few minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Yes it is quite tricky to park in the garage but my husband managed to get his Tesla in with a few manoeuvres! One disappointment it was very cold when we arrived only 13 degrees so took quitRead moree a few hours to warm up! Once up to temperature though the apartment was very warm. Wonderfully situated spacious apartment in Rye. Super convenient for the historic centre but also just a stones throw from the station and supermarket. Quiet, well-appointed and comfortable, we enjoyed a fabulous week in this great accommodation.

Very comfortable apartment, easy 5-10min walk into Rye High Street area where there are lots of good shops and restaurants. Street parking outside is a 2 hour limit 8-6pm but he station car park is nearby. No visable Payment machine on street but you can pay on Ringo App. Garage is absolutely fine (we have BMW X1) for most cars as long as you initiRead moreally reverse in. Superb accommodation! Very well equipped. Perfect location. Having read the reviews I was a bit worried I wouldnt get my Nissan Qashqai in the parking space, but I did without a problem .
