Surprisingly spacious. Nice, enclosed garden with small summer house. About 12 mins walk into town/beach. No toilet on middle floor is a bit of an issue if you have to go at night.

Lovely, well appointed cottage in a great location - Beeston bump behind and the common in front, and a nice walk along a stream into town and the beach. A great stay.

This is a welcoming, well equipped cottage located on the edge of the coastal town of Sheringham. It is about 15 minutes from the local beach, and there are bus and train links to other places nearby. There is a nice garden at the back. Hope to stay again on another occasion.

Lovely, well equipped house within 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. The bread, milk and eggs waiting for us when we arrived were much appreciated. Plenty of buses around and the train station is only 10 minutes walk away. Would definitely consider staying at Wagtail Cottage again. However, the stairs are really steep for anyone with mobility problemsRead more. Hide

We loved the location of Wagtail cottage - next to Beeston common and with a pleasant stroll into Sheringham . Great for our dog also, with lovely local walks along the coast . The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped . We were very comfortable overall, though might struggle with the stairs in another couple of years. Just something Read moreto be aware of rather than a criticism though and I would recommend this cottage as a great base for a Norfolk holiday . . Hide
