Hop in the car to reach Portreath, Gwithian and Porthtowan beaches, all within 6 miles. Hayle beaches were voted the best in the UK by The Times in 2024. For keen golfers, Tehidy Golf Club is just 1.7 miles away. Spend time within 12 miles of the property exploring Hayle, Marazion and National Trusts infamous St Michael's Mount with its tidal walkway. Explore the fishing village of Porthleven, with a plethora of galleries and eateries to try. Other family attractions nearby include day out at Paradise Park just a short drive away in Hayle. St Ives is just 14.6 miles away, take a day trip to visit the Tate Gallery.

From the hallway, you'll find three fabulous bedrooms, all with luxurious furnishings and calming interiors for a wonderful night’s sleep, Smart TV's and one of which has a stylish, contemporary en-suite. The family bathroom with freestanding bath is wonderful to kick back and soak in after a day adventuring. Lastly, the property has a bespoke office area for those needing to check in with the office or enjoy a workcation.

Heading outside, immerse yourself into the various outdoor seating and dining areas perfectly positioned to capture the day long sun and light. Bubble away in the hot tub and completely unwind. Al fresco dine with the BBQ on the go. A newly added games room within the large garage adds an extra dimension for rainy days.

Fantastic property, great location, really good for our dogs who love to be outside as much as possible as the garden is very secure so we didnt have to keep an eye on them all the time. Hope to return one day. Would live there if I could!

This is one of the best places we have stayed in Cornwall. The house was beautiful and very well designed with beautiful decor and amazing facilities. The wrap round garden was perfect for the dogs and the hot tub was fab. Everything was high quality and we would definitely stay at this property again. The owners have done a fantastic job!

This was an excellent property in a very quiet location. Very clean and very comfortable with everything you could need. Not too far from shops like Tescos & Morrisons.if you need to get provisions in for breakfast. Very close to local beaches such as Porthreath & Gwyhian (Hayle) and also in east reach of other beaches such as St.Agnes, Crantock BeRead moreach (A personal favourite being a dog owner). Property was to a very high standard there we 6 of us and 2 dogs no trouble for space. The owner was really helpful and friendly they have put a lot of effort into making this property a fantastic place to stay.

A first-class holiday rental with everything you could possible need for a great stay. High quality bedding, furnishings and equipment. Totally enclosed garden was great for our dog and the hot tub great for the humans. David was a very welcoming host and the cream teas etc well appreciated. We had a really lovely week here. The property is just lovely, really clean and felt comfortable and luxurious. Really safe and private with electric gates and a large garage available for use. Wow what can I say what an amazing spacious home with everything you could ever need. Situated just off the A30 it was a great location for visiting all the attractions. David the host was brilliant and really welcoming he was only ever a phone call away if needed and a lovely welcome pack greeted us on our arrival. We loved our stay in the Cornish 'Malibu Villa'. Monterray was beautifully designed and decorated. It was also very well equipped with everything you could need if you want to fully self cater. The property is completely secure and our 2 dogs loved the space. Would highly recommend
