The bedrooms can be made up as two super-king-size beds per room, or as 20 single beds across the property, on request. Stairs and an electric lift lead to the first floor, which has two large, light rooms with countryside views. The kitchen and dining area has two electric ovens and hobs, a microwave, fridge and dishwasher, with a long refectory-style table and benches. The utility room has a second dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and chest freezer. The lounge has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, board games and table football, with doors opening onto a Juliet balcony. The games room has a Smart TV and table tennis. There is a separate WC on this floor.
Outside, the wrap-around patio has garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, with a lawn, an enclosed paddock and a small stream in the grounds. Guests can explore the wider 30-acre estate, which includes a trout pond of about a third of an acre with a jetty, where guests can enjoy catch-and-release fishing.
