The property is located on a quiet side street just outside the Tenby town walls. The town centre can be reached in just 200 metres and offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. For a day at the beach, you are truly spoiled for choice with four stretches of sand close by. The closest, North Beach, is just 400 metres away. For local boat trips out to Caldey Island or for fishing or sightseeing, head down to the town's iconic harbour (0.5 miles) and book your excursion there. The property is also under 200 metres from Tenby train station so very conveniently located if you want to leave the car at home.

Take the stairs to the third floor and as you enter the property you are welcomed into a generously sized hallway with plenty of storage for shoes and belongings. To the left, you will find the cosy lounge/diner with a sumptuous sofa and bean bag centred around the Smart TV. The dual-aspect skylights create a light, airy space to relax in after a day exploring the beaches. There is a dining table for two to enjoy a delicious dinner at the end of the day or your morning coffee while planning the day. The contemporary kitchen is adjacent to the lounge and benefits from a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, under-counter fridge and washing machine. Back into the hallway, there is also a separate under-counter freezer neatly stored away in one of the built-in cupboards. At the opposite end of the hallway, you will find the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC. Make the most of the peace and tranquillity this third-floor apartment offers and enjoy a good night's sleep.

A superb apartment with a lovely feel and great views from the skylights. Location is excellent- within 3 minutes youre in town. The stairs are harsh so if you struggle with mobility- this isnt for you. Great owners- really helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!

Very nice place in good location at a good price. Can highly recommend. Excellent communication from owners and clear instructions for picking up the key. Parking can be difficult in Tenby, especially when it is busy, but train station car park is very near (20/week) as is multi-storey pay and display (30/week).

Newton House 6 is a great apartment. It was very clean & comfortable. There are approx 52 internal steps up to the property, as stated in the description, so this could be an issue for people with mobility problems. The apartment is only a 2 min walk to the sea front & the town, 2 mins to the train station & 5 mins from Sainsburys. Fab location & qRead moreuiet. Matt the owner was a pleasure to meet, very friendly & extremely helpful. All basics are supplied & a lovely box of chocs. Highly recommend 5* Hide

I loved my stay here. Great location - close to the station, shops, harbour and North Beach. It's also only about 5 minutes walk from the stunning Esplanade and South Beach. It's really quiet and nice to be tucked away at the top of the building. The flat's light & bright, but also feels cosy. The kitchen has everything you need and the hot shower Read morewas great, particularly after I almost gave myself hypothermia swimming in the sea! Worth it though. Really comfy bed too. Newton House 6 is a lovely apartment in a fatastic location just outside Tenby walls. Clean, well equipped and delightfully furnished the third floor flat is an absolute gem. The stairs could be a problem for some but we enjoyed using them as an excuse for extra chips.
