Stairs rise to the landing from the lounge where you will find two bedrooms: one bunk bedroom ideal for children, and a super-king-size bedroom. The super-king room is spacious and light with a Smart TV, plenty of storage and hanging space. At the rear of the property is the further bedroom with a king size bed and views across the countryside towards St Agnes and a modern and contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
Outside, from the utility area, is the enclosed garden with a terrace with seating, where you can dine alfresco with the charcoal BBQ on the go. There's also an area of lawn and a variety of mature shrubs and plants with farmland beyond the garden.
