Situated in the historic town of Rye, which boasts an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants along with easy access to the Sussex coastline, this property is perfect for foodies and walkers alike. Why not explore the many cobbled streets or climb the church tower for spectacular views across the rooftops and surrounding countryside or take a stroll to the Rye Heritage Centre to learn about the history of Rye. The Kent and East Sussex coast is within easy reach and boasts sandy and pebbled beaches, lined with charming seaside towns and villages to explore. Guests can also visit the many historic houses, gardens, and vineyards this area has to offer, and the towns of Hastings and Ashford are within 20 miles where you can get mainline trains to London if you wish to explore the capital for a day.

A private entrance from the street opens into a hall with storage for shoes and coats before heading upstairs to the first floor where the first room you come to is the shower room with a shower and WC. A further half set of stairs leads up to the main living area. Here you will find a welcoming lounge with a large comfy corner sofa and armchair arranged around a Smart TV for catching up on your favourite TV programmes and a light and bright kitchen/diner that is fully equipped with everything that you will need for whipping up delicious meals including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a table and chairs for dining at. The apartment is completed with two comfortable bedrooms, a king-size and a double.

Parking is available opposite the property in Cinque Ports Steet car park or behind the property in Market Street (local charges apply and subject to availability).

We had a really lovely stay over New Year. We did a couple of long walks and the apartment was cosy, clean and peaceful to come back to. It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy.

We found the accommodation clean, stylish and well located, but sadly the stay was marred by noise and other issues. Main road noise till late, restarted at 6am, and the king bed is on road side, making sleep poor. Building works in the rear garden with fumes and extra noise made it worse. The kitchen is equipped but lacked basics, bin was brokeRead moren, blinds stuck, and the welcome pack asked us to strip beds and empty bins ourselves. Overall, despite positives, it was an unpleasant experience.

This is a beautifully decorated and really well equipped flat very convenient for all the cafes and restaurants in Rye. It is on quite a busy road, so the living room and front bedroom are quite noisy, though it's quiet at the back.

A perfectly placed small flat for exploring Rye and surrounding area. Parking was easy in the recommended car park, a short walk led us to the flat. The flat is up a set of stairs and has everything you could need for a weekend away.
