Encircled by medieval stone walls and boasting sandy beaches, historic Tenby is Pembrokeshire’s largest town and an excellent destination for guests keen to experience the Pembrokeshire coastline. Discover the many eateries, independent shops and fascinating museum and art gallery by day, and by night return to your comfortable abode to relax. The property is within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and other walks across the beautiful landscape. Try your hand at a variety of water sports such as kayaking and jet skiing, or hop on board a boat to visit St Catherine’s island or spot seals basking in the secret bays around the rugged cliffs. Venture out of town to while away sunny afternoons on the quieter beach at Saundersfoot, 3 miles away, or to go surfing at Manorbier, 6 miles away. Take the children for fun days out at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, 6.5 miles from the cottage, or Manor House Wildlife Park, just 3.5 miles away.

Accessed via a small set of steps, the open-plan living space offers a welcoming retreat that’s been thoughtfully finished with comfortable furniture and thoughtful details, including a TV, DVD and a PlayStation with games in the cosy lounge area. Leave your walking boots at the door and relax on one of two snug sofas, or put your feet up and sink back into the recliner chair for a well-earned snooze. Cook up a storm in the cheerfully decorated kitchen area, making good use of the ample worktop space, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Feast together around the table or take a night off from cooking and order a delicious treat from a takeaway in town. Heading upstairs, the family bathroom has a WC and a tempting shower-over-the-bath that’s ideal for long soaks. Both bedrooms denote a charming nautical vibe, whether you opt for the pretty twin bedroom with a nightstand, TV, desk and wardrobe, or the marvellous master bedroom with its large windows, wooden double bed and matching furniture. Boasting sloping ceilings with a skylight, a TV and useful desk, the room even has an en-suite shower room with WC for your sole use.

There isn’t a dedicated outside space, but you are well placed to enjoy the plethora of facilities available at the centre of Tenby, which is a short 0.5 miles away. There is off-road parking available for one car, but please be aware that access is restricted as the lane leading to the property is narrow.

Be very careful how you drive in and out of the driveway for the cottage as the drive is very narrow. We were glad that measurements were available.

Loved this quiet mews cottage tucked away off the road, only a short walk from the beachfront and town. Parking is a bonus, although the entrance is narrow, I got my Sportage through ok with wing mirrors open, as a guide for others. It's well equipped, comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. Lots of places to visit on the doorstep, recommend, CarRead moreew castle and mill, NT stackpole Quay, Broad haven beach, Barafundle bay beach . Looking forward to visiting again. Hide

Otherwise the cottage was lovely and comfy with nice decor, nice and warm, very comfy beds. Ideal having downstairs toilet for elderly mother and also to have her own bathroom. Great location for walking into Tenby.

Lovely comfortable house that is very clean and in an excellent location on the edge of town. Very tight entrance to drive into but North Beach Car Park is only a short walk away. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year.
