Our annual family Easter break was spent at this beautiful property, owners were very kind ! Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and with a pub that served lovely food just a short distance away. Ideal place to get away from the day to day rat race of life and simply 'enjoy life' with your loved ones.

We have just returned home from a weekend at the property and it was fantastic! There were 7 ladies in the property, looking for a weekend in the countryside, in beautiful surroundings and the property was exactly that - it did not disappoint! Everything has been thought about - from utensils, to towels, to games! We took a walk to the local Read morepub (The Horseshoe Inn) from the property, which took around 25 minutes and had food and drinks....other than that we enjoyed time in the garden, in front of the log burner, and the hot tub! We would 100% return!!! Whether you are a family/families or a group of people looking for some time away in the countryside, this property is perfect! Owners were great with communication beforehand regarding key collection etc and the neighbours were also really friendly :) Hide

We stayed over New Year to celebrate with friends. Communication before arrival was excellent, with a helpful document. The house is beautiful, well located, and great for families. While it felt more like a family home than a luxury stay and lacked some important essentials, we appreciated the Christmas tree and family board games etc. The hot tubRead more was great, but unfortunately we left a day early due to safety issue with it, which was upsetting for the children. The house was large enough for 10 people, and there is plenty of space. The village pub is close by, a 15 minute walk along the lanes, or we cut across the fields. The pub was extremely friendly and welcoming. There are lots of public footpaths and this is good place to stay if you like walking. Take some soap and extra dishwasher tablets. Some wasRead more provided, but not enough for 10 people. You may also want extra logs, if you want a fire. Over all, a lovely house, a fine place, and hot tub. Hide

The house was absolutely beautiful inside and out. The surroundings you couldn't fault it. House was clean on our arrival but upton closer inspection there were cobwebs everywhere in all rooms, light fixtures as beautiful as they are needed a good dusting, couch had lots of dog hairs and blankets provided were really smelly. This is a lovely house, light and airy with plenty of seating inside and out. The hot tub is a bonus and the owners kindly let us have a bouncy castle delivered.
