Absolutely perfect home from home for a significant birthday celebration with our family. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed giving large communal rooms but also enough space for some private time. Cant recommend Bay Point House and its owner highly enough. We would definitely return.

Bay Point House is a lovely, welcoming place to stay with family. Lots of parking outside the house. The bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. There are plenty of shower/bath rooms (all in the luxury category). The lounge is massive with plenty of seating. The kitchen/dining area is huge and very well equipped. There is a washing maRead morechine, no drier but we didn't need one as there is an outside line and pegs provided. Plenty of places to walk from the house (follow the coastal path to a choice of lovely beeches, walk into Trearddur Bay or across the fields into Holyhead). Hard floor throughout the downstairs which is good for wheelchair access. 1 step up to access downstairs bedroom. The whole house is immaculately presented. The owner is very easy to contact and is friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay. Hide

This home is presented beautifully. It was outstandingly clean with large bedrooms, very comfortable beds and quality bed linen. We loved the sociable kitchen table area and spent many evenings playing games and chatting over a few drinks. There are 2 log burners downstairs which would make it even more cosy if the weather required it. The bathroomRead mores are also lovely with great showers and one has a bath with a view towards the sea! The walk down the drive to the beach was perfect for the dogs first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. The property is certainly great for those travelling with dogs. The outside shower is perfect to wash off sandy dogs. The garden gives a good amount of space and is mainly secure (you can shut the 5 bar gate to enclose it completely) but a large dog could jump the low wall to the front. The drive up to the house only goes to another couple of properties, so very few cars or people to disturb you. The location is perfect for easy access to most areas of the island. You can walk from the property along the coast line in either direction and there is a fantastic food van at the next cove up the road (10 minutes walk along the coast path) which serves amazing burgers and other foods Friday-Sunday.There are a good choice of take ways within 5-6 miles (Holyhead) if you don't fancy cooking.. we recommend Scarlett's fish and chips in the Bay. This wasn't the cheapest property to rent on the island for a group of 9 but we come to Anglesey every year and this has certainly been the best. Thank you - we loved our stay here and would come again in a heart beat! Hide
