Beautifully refurbished chapel with enclosed garden near to Botwnnog, National Trust’s Plas Y Rhiw and Hells Mouth beach. Nearby Abersoch boasts bistro culture, events, boutique shops and sheltered harbour. Coastal Aberdaron and Llanbedrog offer shops, galleries, pubs and cafes. Stroll along the sandy beach with sailing boats and regattas in the bay, visit the famous Whistling Sands at Porthor or head to Nefyn for the maritime museum and harbour. Pwllheli, is well known for water sports, the world-class modern marina, art galleries, shops and eateries. The Llyn Peninsula, or Snowdon’s Arm, a finger of land stretching out from Snowdonia into the Irish Sea, has dramatic scenery, attractions, activities and events making this an all year round holiday destination.

As you enter the porch you can enjoy the benefits of under flooring heating admiring the original features of the former chapel built in 1874. The owner stylishly and empathetically completed the refurbishment in 2017 with exposed beams, unique lighting and custom-made furniture throughout the property. Heading up the bespoke concrete, wood and glass staircase you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner stretching to the apex of the roof. The hand crafted kitchen is a contemporary design with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher alongside thoughtful little extras, creating a lovely space to cook in. The dining table is perfectly positioned for everyone to gather round for a meal, play board games and enjoy the rural views, maybe open the doors to the balcony and listen out for seagulls and birdsong. Relax on the comfortable sofas, light the wood burner for cosy nights in, catch up on the family news or watch a good film. Also on this floor is a sumptuous king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC. There is a separate WC and access up the stairs to a double bedroom with TV, with fascinating views into the heart of the house. Head back down the bespoke stairs to the ground floor with a choice of two spacious king-size rooms or the family room with super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request) with additional single bed. All the bedrooms have lovely views, creative furniture, indulgent linen and soft towels. The stylish bathroom has a freestanding bath, shower and WC perfectly designed to unwind in a bubble bath. The utility room is along the corridor with washer/dryer. This peaceful location encourages relaxation, a good night’s sleep and refreshes you for the day ahead.

The enclosed garden has a raised lawn and paved area with table and chairs, a portable BBQ, just perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the countryside. Sink into the hot tub and relax in at the end of the day, or challenge your family or friends to a table tennis game on the outdoor table. There is plenty of space to store your bicycles and canoe and has ample off-road parking at the property.
