Set in the pretty little seaside village of Croyde known to be the mecca of surfing and stunning coastal walks. With an array of independent surf and craft shops and a variety of local cuisine on offer, this is a great place to relax and enjoy time off with loved ones. Only 4.5 miles away is the beautiful seaside village of Woolacombe with 3 miles of sandy beach and Saunton Sands only 1 mile away is well known for its surfing, burrows and has a 36-hole golf course which is open to visitors. Travelling further afield 24 miles and visit Lynton and Lynmouth set in the stunning Exmoor National Park with its mysterious woodland walks and catch a glimpse of the iconic Exmoor ponies and red deer.

Stepping into this tastefully decorated holiday home you will be in the open-plan lounge/kitchen. Fabulously designed with a sumptuous corner sofa and a Smart TV to enjoy relaxing and catching up on movies that you want to watch but never seem to have time for. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee maker. You can also listen to music through Alexa whilst you are cooking a hearty breakfast to start your fun-packed days out at the beach. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a triple bunk bedroom with single over double and sea views. The shower room completes the accommodation with a shower and WC.

To the front of the property is an enclosed garden laid to lawn and at the back of the property is a large, decked area with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ to sit and enjoy dining alfresco on those warmer evenings watching the sun setting. There is a parking space for one car.

This is a nice clean and well equipped bungalow close to the beach and Croyde bay. Unfortunately the main down point is that the vehicle access to the property is unsafe unless you have small car. The access road is basically a narrow badly potholed track with overgrown vegetation on both sides. The track is approx 200 yards long with awkward Read moreturns at top and bottom. Excellent location - equidistant to beach and Croyde shops/Thatch pub. Stylish, with lots of equipment provided. Ideal enclosed garden to the front and decking to the back- great for dogs.

A lovely property in a fab location, the house was beautifully clean and well tended too on arrival and provided everything we needed for a weeks break. Lovely touch of dog treats in the welcome pack too, would highly recommend

Croyde is lovely. If you have a dog there are great dog friendly/inclusive beaches nearby at Woolacombe and Saunton Sands - cottage is immaculate inside. Surf is immense, so if wavy. Decking nice, but fencing bit too high/enclosed at top to see out so ideally a foot lower. Access Lane is a lane or horse track - so small cars are a big plus - we hadRead more VW Golf and still tight. Nice BBQ and charcoal was provided. A fantastic property. Clean, bright & tidy with a very secure garden so that even our Parsons Terrier (who would make Houdini look like an amateur) could not get out. There is a nice lawned area at the front and a lovely decked area at the back which is a real sun trap and is not overlooked. This cottage was equipped and decorated to a high standard, you can see the level of thought that has gone in from the owners. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend.

What a great place! Beautifully clean, well equipped accommodation with a great enclosed garden for the dog and in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the village and beach. Wed happily stay here again when returning to Croyde.
