The bungalow is conveniently located in the heart of the village of Braunton, with its plethora of shops, pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for beaches, you will be spoilt for choice as North Devon has award-winning stretches of sand that are all within 7 miles, including Woolacombe with its 3 miles of soft golden sand and Croyde, known to be a surfing mecca. Venture a bit further (22 miles) to find the Exmoor National Park and enjoy stunning walks across moorland and woodlands. Visit Exmoor Zoo, Combe Wildlife Park or try coasteering at Watermouth Castle for a fun day out. Plus, the Victorian fishing harbour of Ilfracombe is only 8 miles away where you can take a boat trip and go dolphin spotting.

Step inside the beautiful bungalow and the hallway will lead you into the spacious lounge which connects to the kitchen/diner, featuring large sliding doors that open out onto the patio. Sit down and snuggle up on the comfy sofas in the lounge at the end of a fun-filled day and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen has everything you need, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and underfloor heating. It also has a large dining table where you will be able to enjoy breakfasts chatting about your days of adventure ahead. In a separate utility room just off the hallway is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are three bedrooms, and all have a zip-and-link super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twins on request). One bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
 Heading outside from either the front door or the large patio doors, is a wrap-around decking area where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings or dine alfresco using the charcoal BBQ. This garden is enclosed and there is storage for surfboards, wetsuits, and bikes. There is also a heated outdoor shower and parking for two cars inside the gated driveway.

Location is fantastic, unfortunately the BBQ and garden area has been removed to allow for the building of their new property within 2metres of Randalls. Open fencing, surrounded the new building site with health and safety signs

Another fantastic stay at Randalls in Braunton. Great location for our stay. Accommodation was of a high standard with everything we needed. So much room for all the family to enjoy. Super dog friendly and so comfortable. Very close to town with all the fab eating places right on your doorstep.

Cracking place to stay in the heart of Braunton. So much bigger than the property looks from the outside. Great host extremely helpful prior to our trip. Will defo book again.

Loved our stay at Randalls. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. Location to Braunton and north Devon beaches is perfect. Helen was very responsive and fixed our initial issues. WiFi needs a serious upgrade though.

Lovely bungalow in the heart of Braunton. Clean, stylish living spaces which suited us brilliantly, and everything you need on hand. Great base for exploring the North Devon coast, would stay again! Would just note narrow turn to property, and all gravel garden space (which our dog was a little unsure of!).

This is our second stay at Randalls and wont be our last. We like everything about it, location, lounge/kitchen layout, 3 good size double bedrooms, cleanliness, etc etc, there is nothing we dont like.

These guys pulled out all the stops on New Years Day so we could stay last minute due to a let down with the cottage we originally rented. This bungalow is amazing, loads of space 3 large bedrooms great for dogs with enclosed garden. So well equipped with everything you need whilst on holiday. PROS: The home was comfortable and located in a very good place, just on the outskirts of the village, which is a flat stroll of a couple of minutes, and many other places can be reached by a short car or bus journey. It was equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels provided were clean. CONS: The gRead moreeneral cleanliness of the whole home was not good.
