Rising to the top floor which boasts an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner stylishly furnished, the kitchen area includes electric oven and induction hob, combi microwave oven and grill, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a wine cooler. The comfortable dining area seats ten with ease and the lounge area is stylishly appointed with a 55" Smart TV, and Blu-ray player. There is a snug with a compendium table sits just inside the sliding balcony doors from where you can sit on the rattan style furniture and drink in the fabulous sea views and coastline.
Stepping outside there is a two-car driveway with an electric charging point. You will find access to the rear ground pirate themed courtyard where there is a hot tub, hot outside shower, hanging rack for wetsuits and a surfboard rack. From the first floor you can access the main garden area which is astroturfed for all year round use where you can enjoy the dining table and chairs and charcoal BBQ.
