A lovely apartment with a great view over Brixham and an extremely useful parking space. Good sized bedrooms and living area, clean and comfortably furnished. Just be sure to bring all the consumables you need - salt, pepper, cooking oil, bin liners etc. as they are not supplied. Not that this would stop us visiting the property again, quite the opRead moreposite. Guests just need to be aware and pack accordingly before travelling. Fantastic beautiful apartment fully equipped would definitely recommend for the able-bodied as there are many steps down to the town only takes 5 minutes though.

The Sulima apartment was in an excellent position (although many steps are needed to climb up to the road; BUT that's Brixham for you :-) ). This is a lovely flat with great views of Brixham and its pretty houses. It's really well appointed, cosy and comfortable, and we had a really nice short break here. There are lots of steps up to the flat (and up from the town), so be aware if you have any mobility considerations.

Overall a really lovely property and really helpful hosts on the last day when my car wouldnt start, allowed me to stay in the flat for an extra 1 hour and a half till the AA helped us out. Lovely bathroom and serviceable kitchen. Excellent outlook from the balcony. Also really handy to have parking too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely apartment in a great location and you can see the sea! Family of 4 and plenty of space for us to enjoy a good week. Close to the harbour. Handy having the parking space as the roads are very tight. Proved to be a good base for our first trip to Brixham.

Lovely apartment, would definitely use again. Great location to the town, but you have to happy with the steps or steep hills. Parking space is so handy like other reviews mentioned. A lovely apartment with glorious views over Brixham. Very comfortably furnished. There are lots of steps and steep hills to access it from the harbour, so it requires a certain amount of fitness! Had issues with cleanliness when I arrived.

Definitely a great accommodation and dedicated parking space invaluable. Mind, with accommodation being so close to harbour and amenities after we arrived I didnt use car again until we left!
