This beautiful three-bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in one of the most commanding coastal locations within the town of Ilfracombe and enjoys spectacular coastal scenery. The bustling seafront has a selection of good quality restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops. You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of golden sandy surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde, and Saunton. For keen golfers, there are two golf courses within driving distance of the apartment.

There is direct private access into the apartment via the lift and use of a unique key. Doors from the landing lead to all rooms. The impressive open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen enjoy spectacular sea views and provide plenty of space and seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings as well as a Juliet balcony to open up and take in the uninterrupted views. There is a Smart TV, Play Station, and Blu-Ray player as well as a family size dining table and chairs providing seating for 6 guests to sit and enjoy meals together. In the kitchen area, there is an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and microwave. Stairs lead to a small upper landing with doors opening on to the apartment's large two-tiered roof terrace. From the open-plan living area the hall leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and dressing room area, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a seperate WC. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and storage area.

The impressive roof terrace enjoys uninterrupted views in all directions across the town, sea, and coastline with plenty of room for al fresco dining and space to soak up the sun and amazing scenery. Steps lead to a turret where there is a further secluded area. There are two allocated parking spaces situated within the gated communal parking area.

What a lovely place to stay. The property is on the edge of the town, so very peaceful, but easy access to the town and harbour area. There is private, gated, parking. The kitchen is very well equipped and cooking was as easy as at home. Each bedroom is ensuite and there is an extra toilet too - very good. A very comfortable and nicely situated apartment that had everything we needed. Had a lovely relaxing break, enjoyed hearing the sound of the sea, and enjoyed the convenience of everything being close enough that I didn't have to drive much.

The name should be 'Mesmerising Views' Penthouse! It was a real highlight. Amazing apartment with the most incredible views. Inside it is also well laid out and good quality furnishings. Short walk into town to get around. Would recommend!!

This is our third visit to the property. The views are amazing. The property is well positioned to enjoy the local Cafe's and Restaurants. The Penthouse is clean and is maintained to a high standard. Another lovely week.

Amazing sea views, well furnished with plenty of seating. Easy parking with two allocated spaces and no problem with on-road parking. Bonus for us was grandstand view of New Year fireworks on the beach. Quirky layout with easy and secure access via lift from the ground floor.

Lovely apartment with great views although we had a very misty week unfortunately. All rooms en-suite plus a separate toilet (the door sticks a bit though). Plenty of kitchen equipment although no large glasses for beer, pop etc. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the heating one evening but got in touch with the contact who camRead moree over that same evening & arranged an engineer to come the next day so all sorted without any fuss. Hide

This is our second time at this property. We love everything about it. The location, the views, the facilities, the spaciousness and two parking spaces - great for us we come together as a family from across the UK. Well be back!

Amazing location and setting. Panoramic views of Ilfracombe. Very spacious apartment, well kept and modern feel. 2 parking spaces, private access to penthouse. 5 minute walk to town centre and 10 minute drive to supermarket. Only downside was the awful smell from one ensuite bathroom. I'd read about this on-line from previous reviews and presumed iRead moret would be rectified by our visit. Sadly not and it spoilt the stay for one of our group. We wouldn't stay here again because of this, spoilt the week Hide
