Top notch property in such a convenient location for the lovely Instow and Tarka Trail. Beautifully decked out and a lovely secure garden. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only thing we found was that the main living room wasn't really big enough for the capacity of 8 people to all sit together (we were 6 and it was a bit tight). Tides is a wonderful holiday location. Very clean, well equipped house with a fabulous garden and very close to the beach. We had a relaxing time, hot tub a bonus. Beds were comfy and whole house was welcoming and clean to a high standard. Little details like beach towels and dog bowls were really appreciated. We plan to return.
