Whether its coast or countryside you are in the perfect spot to explore all North Devon has to offer, other beaches in the area include Croyde and Saunton Sands, perfect for sunning yourself, or why not head out to Exmoor National Park and admire the rolling views that go on for miles. Keen golfers will be in their element with the Royal North Devon Golf Club just yards away from the property. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park, RHS Garden Rosemoor, Exmoor Zoo and the cobbled village of Clovelly.

As you enter this modern reverse-level property, where architecture and clever design oozes throughout, you are greeted by a large, light and airy hallway with each bedroom leading off. Both of the king-size bedrooms have TV’s, en-suite shower rooms and benefit from patio doors leading to the garden, plus one twin bedroom with a TV. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a utility room, which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. From the hallway take the stairs to the first floor where youll find the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. At one end, the contemporary kitchen, with views towards the sea, contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, large fridge, under counter freezer and dishwasher, with a dining table to seat six. After a busy day exploring, unwind in the stylish lounge area and make the most of the Smart TV and Sonos speaker system or simply open the glass doors to the balcony.

Enjoy an evening drink on the balcony or take to the enclosed lawn garden below for breakfast or an al fresco meal. The garden is fully equipped for sunny afternoons and family fun, featuring a portable badminton and volleyball net, rackets, and a giant wooden tumble tower, alongside bodyboards ready for your beach days. This is our second stay at Tides 45 and the experience was as we remembered it. Great house with very comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and welcoming. Sarah, the house manager is very helpful and accommodating. We had fantastic weather and spent many days at the beach. We are returning in September and really looking forward to it. Jane

A very comfortable house. We really enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and very well decorated. In a great location not far from the beach and the local amenities. We were 4 ladies who really enjoyed the powerful showers and soft, white fluffy towels! We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend it.

Great property, very well maintained with all creature comforts, perfect location to the beach and far enough away from the busier parts of Westward Ho! Would highly recommend 45 The Tides and would love to go back.

Lovely Accommodation within easy walking distance of the village. Not a great deal in Westward Ho! itself so not for those looking for lots of activities.

Tides 45 is a lovely and comfortable house that the owners have decorated and styled to a high standard. The house was very clean and the wine and fudge are a lovely touch. We have been coming to Westward Ho! for many years and this house is now our favourite. We had sunny weather and enjoyed our walks to the beach every day.
