The wall mounted Sonus beam soundbar produces High Definition sound, In addition, there are built in Bluetooth speakers in the living area, so you can play your own music. The kitchen area is well-equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and Espresso coffee machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy drinks whilst watching the sunset on the large balcony with further dining table and chairs looking out to sea.
The rear balcony can also be accessed from the lounge area through the large bi-folding doors which also has sea views. The balcony off the kitchen area is a great spot for alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. Heading outside through the bedroom patio doors there is an enclosed garden with patio area, outdoor wicker corner sofa and table.
The garage is accessed via the back door and offers a washing machine as well as a games area with pool table, dart board and buckets and spades, there is also a rack for surfboards and hanging area for wet suits.
