This is our 5th visit to this property and had a lovely time. .Ideal location for the town and beach. The weather was ideal. This year we were able to take the dogs to RHS Rosemoor gardens which is well worth a visit.

Thank you for letting us and our 3 dogs stay in your fabulous holiday home. It was spotless, well presented, spacious, lovely comfy beds, great showers with towels that actually dry you. Fantastic holiday home, we all absolutely loved it. The garden was safe and secure for the dogs, beds were all comfortable and the super kings were so spacious it was bliss! You have lots of upstairs space with so many seating choices too. The couch is quite low, my mother and mother in law who both have bad knees did struggle a bit to stand up! NoRead more toilet upstairs either so if anyone has bladder or mobility problems bear this in mind. Would love to return here it was brilliant. Hide

Location was ideal ,great to have all the modern gadgets even an air fryer. Sofa was terribly low and hard to get up from we had a lovely week and would consider to stop there again .

The cottage was modern, well equipped and an absolutely fantastic location, for beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. The garden was perfect for our 3 Schnauzers. Highly recommend. The Pig on the Hill restaurant is also worth a visit, stunning food, delicious.

An immaculately presented property, in a great location, beach, walks, amenities, restaurants and pubs, all on the doorstep! The kitchen is very well equipped and the house is very comfortable. Great secure garden for dogs, with lots of dog bowls! Nice extra touches on arrival with cream tea, milk, tea, coffee, sugar all provided! Highly recommend.

The property was generally comfortable but the bedrooms and en-suites were on the small side and rather cold. Upstairs was kept warm though. The requirement to empty the dishwasher before leaving at 10 was inconvenient. We have not had that requirement before in the 42 years we have been renting properties at New Year!

Absolutely nothing to fault with this high-end holiday home, from its quality appliances to its super comfy beds. The location is within easy reach of the town centre which has something for everyone, then there is the beach - never crowded. Both humans and dogs loved this property.
